Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within7 days of receiving your product. Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges if it's been more than 7 days since you received the product or if your order has an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. It is essential to ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate before placing your order.
Please note: The product cannot be refunded for quality issues related to differences between the original picture displayed on the website and the final item received. Any refund requests based on these discrepancies will be processed in accordance with the eligibility criteria outlined in our refund policy above.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned such as customized kits and gift cards.
Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives with damages, defects, or missing items, please notify our customer support within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number, full name, and clear pictures of the received items.
For orders from our workshop, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. In the rare case that your order is still in transit, but there is no tracking number update or it has encountered delays due to logistics or customs issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Please note that we cannot provide a refund if your order is in transit for less than 45 days, and the shipping company confirms that the package is still in transit to the delivery address.
Initiating a Return

Refunds and Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different model, please send an email to our customer support team.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping Costs and Responsibility
To return your product, please contact us first, and we will provide you with the most suitable address based on your location. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
